Everyday morning when we read the newspapers or watch TV, we see news about the atrocities against women. Those known to them in the vicinity itself will harass; intimidate women.
The society is showing scant respect to women and is increasingly becoming unsafe for women. There could be womanizers in educational institutions.
Several instances have showed that schools and colleges are unsafe for women. Director Shivakumar has chosen this subject ‘Fake Encounter’ as the subject of this movie. Unveiling the horrific role of womanizers under the guise of Teachers is the subject of the movie.

ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ಬೆಳಗೆದ್ದರೆ ಸಾಕು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವ ಸುದ್ದಿ ಹೆಣ್ಣುಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮೇಲೆ ದೌರ್ಜನ್ಯ, ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರಇಂತವೇ ಸುದ್ದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳುತ್ತಿರುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಮನೆ, ಪರಿಚಿತ ಹಾದಿಗಳೇ ಒಮ್ಮೊಮ್ಮೆ ಹೆಣ್ಣುಮಕ್ಕಳ ಪ್ರಾಣಕ್ಕೆಕಂಟಕವಾಗಿಬಿಡುತ್ತದೆ.
ಯಾವುದೇ ಪರಿಸರವೂ ಹೆಣ್ಣುಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತವಲ್ಲ. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಜನೆ ಮಾಡುವಂತಹ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಲ್ಲೇ ಕಾಮುಕರಿರಬಹುದು, ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಶಾಲೆ, ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳು ಕೂಡಾ ಹೆಣ್ಣುಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಅಸುರಕ್ಷಿತವೆನ್ನುವುದು ಕೆಲವೊಂದು ಘಟನೆಗಳು ಸಾಬೀತುಪಡಿಸಿದೆ.
