This is an emotional storyline wherein the sons are employed abroad and the parents have to nurse their daughter who is severely ill. The Parents write to the President of India for the ‘Mercy Killing’ of their daughter.
The story of this short movie has been penned by famous storywriter from Orissa Pratibha Roy. This is translated to Kannada by D.N.Srinath. Directed by Ainagi Mahesh.

ತಂದೆ ತಾಯಿಯನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ವಿದೇಶ ಸೇರಿದ ಗಂಡು ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಒಂದು ಕಡೆಯಾದರೆ, ತನ್ನ ದೇಹದ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣವನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡ ಮಗಳು ಇನ್ನೊಂದೆಡೆ. ತಾನು ಇಲ್ಲದ ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ತನ್ನ ಮಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವವರು ಯಾರು ಎನ್ನುವ ಕೊರಗಿನಲ್ಲಿ ತಂದೆಯು ತನ್ನ ಮಗಳ ದಯಾಮರಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿಗೆ ಕಾಗದ ಬರೆಸುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಇಂತಹ ಒಂದು ಭಾವನಾತ್ಮಕ ಚಿತ್ರವೇ ದಯಾಮರಣ.
